2 EVENTS @ THE 12th AND SIX ART COMPLEX

Some years ago, cantautora Isabel Alfonso left for New York City in search of bigger and broader horizons and she found them. She has performed at various clubs in NYC, presenting a fusion of Cuban Nueva Trova and Son. Her performances in New York include the participation of talented musicians such as Ariel de la Portilla, Zac Vacanti, Gabrielito, José Gola, Mauricio Herrera and the legendary bass player John Benitez.

Her seek for a distinctive sound started while living in Miami. Now, after a couple of years, she brings the sounds back to Miami, for a one night only performance at "Zona Verde" art space in LiHa on January 14, 2011 at 9pm.

Please come join us and let's welcome back one of Miami/Cuba's shining star!
